Additionally, all of Clayton’s Organic beef undergoes MSA grading to further ensure its superior quality. Their grain finishing program not only maintains quality but also avoids the strong grass-fed flavour that some consumers prefer to avoid.

The Clayton’s Organic Beef program distinguishes itself by primarily utilising British breeds of cattle, ensuring their organic beef maintains a superior standard in taste and tenderness, setting it apart from other programs dominated by Bos indicus genetics.
