Anthony Pratt

Anthony is an accomplished senior leader in the Australian Red Meat Industry, bringing 28 years of invaluable experience to his role as CEO of Endeavour Meats in 2023.

Throughout his career, Anthony has held influential positions within the Australian meat industry, marking his significant contributions to the industry.

Anthony served as the General Manager of JBS’ trading division, Swift and Company Trade Group, where he spearheaded initiatives to promote Australian protein into numerous international markets, leveraging his extensive expertise and relationships to penetrate global markets.

Anthony’s journey with JBS Australia, the country’s largest meat processor and feedlot operator, progressed when he assumed the role of General Manager Beef & Lamb Sales Australia in 2011. His success led to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of JBS Australia’s Northern Operations in October 2012, as well as joining the JBS Australia Board as a Director, where he played a pivotal role in steering the company towards unprecedented growth and success.

Anthony’s contributions extended beyond national borders, aligning with the company’s global vision. His leadership prowess and strategic acumen were instrumental in fostering JBS’s presence across six continents and driving sales to over 150 countries, solidifying its position as a global industry leader.

As CEO of Endeavour Meats, Anthony looks forward to guiding the company through its next chapter of growth, continuing to deliver exceptional results, and driving innovation, while maintaining the trusted relationships and valued partnerships that have underpinned the success of Endeavour Meats since its inception.

Tim Sullivan

From growing up on his family property in Central West NSW to working in Dublin, Sao Paulo and Shanghai, Tim has spent his life developing his knowledge and passion for the meat and livestock industry.

Tim has built strong relationships over many years working in the industry, and has an extensive understanding of Australia’s major markets throughout Asia.

He is committed to establishing branded programs in both food service and retail for Endeavour’s brands in global markets.

Will Jeffreys

Will has worked his entire life in Australian meat and livestock, and has over twenty years’ experience working with customers and suppliers in the domestic market.

Will has been instrumental in building many leading beef brands in the Australian market and is highly respected for his depth of knowledge of the industry from paddock to plate.

Campbell Basnett

Campbell has successfully built vast relationships across the global meat supply chain throughout his seventeen years as an employee and shareholder at Sanger Australia.

He is focused on building programs connecting livestock supply chains with end user customers globally, and leverages his robust knowledge of both meat and livestock developed across a lifetime living, studying and working in Australian agriculture.

Ed Bowman

Ed joined Endeavour Meats in October 2019 after spending two years living and working in the USA where he was responsible for developing a large Australian lamb sales business.

In his time abroad and through his previous work for Sanger Australia, Ed has built a wide knowledge of global markets and a passion for developing tailored programs for customers that deliver Australian meat to a global audience.

Katherine manages the Endeavour Meats business in China, while frequently visiting Australia to see our valued suppliers.

Duncan joined Sanger Australia in 2018 before transitioning to Endeavour Meats to lead the food service arm of the business.

Bob started his career as a retail butcher in 1990, and since then has played a major hand in building a number of Australia’s most successful carton meat businesses.

Bob joined Endeavour Meats in July 2020 in order to further help take our supply chain brands to customer across Australia.
