From growing up on his family property in Central West NSW to working in Dublin, Sao Paulo and Shanghai, Tim has spent his life developing his knowledge and passion for the meat and livestock industry.
Tim has built strong relationships over many years working in the industry, and has an extensive understanding of Australia’s major markets throughout Asia. He is committed to establishing branded programs in both food service and retail for Endeavour’s brands in global markets.
